Refund Policy
Last revised: April 30, 2026.
Effective for all downloads and purchases of Cue pose card files.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales of digital products offered by Nathan Sottung Photography, LLC, doing business as Cue (“Company,” “Cue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including pose card files, the Cue Complete library, individual pose packs, and any other paid digital Offerings (collectively, the “Offerings”), are final.
Refunds, exchanges, credits, or returns will not be issued for any purchase, regardless of whether you have downloaded, opened, loaded onto a memory card, or used the files. By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to a refund except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
2. Why This Policy Applies
Our Offerings are digital files delivered electronically. Once a download link has been issued, the product cannot be returned in the manner of a physical good. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, sample images, and these terms carefully before completing a purchase.
3. Technical Delivery Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from receiving or downloading the files you have purchased — such as a broken download link, a corrupted file, or a delivery email that never arrives — please contact us at hello@shootwithcue.com within fourteen (14) days of your order. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include resending the download link, providing replacement files, or, at our sole discretion, issuing a refund where the problem cannot be resolved.
Technical delivery issues do not include dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, accidental purchase, or incompatibility between the files and your specific camera, memory card, or workflow that was not caused by a defect in the files themselves.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us at hello@shootwithcue.com is a violation of these terms. We will respond to chargebacks with full documentation, including evidence of acceptance of our Limited Liability and Terms of Use, evidence of file delivery, and any related communications. Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future purchases.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. If a provision of this policy is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
