This page tracks camera Playback compatibility with files produced by the Cue Loader app for iOS and Android. It is separate from compatibility with ready-made Cue pose packs and ID-card files downloaded from this website.

iOS & Android: One shared camera-compatibility list. Both versions are designed to produce the same camera-compatible Cue Card format. Phone-to-card setup and loading are separate checks; see result notes for the platform and equipment tested.
Find your camera below. The list is a starting selection of models, not a complete catalog or a ranking. A listed model is not a promise of support or a release date.
Understanding the status
Camera Playback has not yet been confirmed on this list. This does not mean the camera is incompatible, and it does not mean the app can necessarily complete setup with it.
Cue has confirmed camera Playback in a tested setup. See the result notes for the platform and configuration tested. A result does not verify setup and loading on both platforms or certify every firmware version, card, reader, app build, or setting.
A user has reported successful camera Playback; Cue has not independently reproduced that result.
A limitation or problem has been identified or reported. Read the accompanying note before testing.

Report a result or request a camera
Have a camera that is not listed, or a result to share? Email support@shootwithcue.com.
Include the camera model, firmware version, Cue Loader version/build, phone model, platform (iOS or Android), operating-system version, reader, memory card, card slot, shooting format, test date, and what happened. Missing details are okay—send what you know. Tell us whether setup, loading, Cue Card Playback, and taking new photographs worked.
Please do not send client photographs, a full memory-card copy, or a full camera serial number. Remove personal details from screenshots before sharing them. See the Privacy Policy.
Before using Cue on a shoot
Test your own phone, reader, camera, and card setup before relying on it. Use a spare card with no irreplaceable photographs, follow the app’s instructions, and confirm that both Cue Cards and newly captured photographs display normally. Retest after relevant changes to your app, phone or operating system, camera firmware, card, reader, or recording settings.
Compatibility with a downloaded pose file does not establish compatibility with the app, or vice versa. A successful result on one model does not automatically apply to another.
About updates: The page-update date records edits to this list—not the date every camera was tested. Test dates and configuration notes will be added with results as available.
