Shoot Check

Know what your second shooter shot before you leave the venue.

At the end of the night, plug each memory card into your phone. Shoot Check lists what’s on it: how many photos, RAW or JPEG, and the first and last shot. You add a note on where each memory card is stored, then email yourself the report.

4 memory cards · 9,812 photos · RAW + JPEG Example only. Your report lists each memory card on its own.

What it does

  • Lists every photo and video on a memory card: names, sizes and times.
  • Shows RAW and JPEG counts, so you know no one shot JPEG only.
  • Keeps several memory cards from one shoot together, with your notes.
  • Notes where each memory card is stored, with an optional photo.
  • Counts Cue Cards on their own, never as photos.
  • Makes a PDF and CSV report you can email yourself.

What it doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t copy or back up anything. Your photos stay only on your memory cards.
  • It doesn’t open photos, so it can’t tell if a file is damaged.
  • It doesn’t check your computer or your backups.
  • It never tells you a memory card is ready to format.

Read only. Shoot Check reads the memory card and changes nothing on it. It’s an inventory, not a backup.

Price

Your first memory card is free, so you can see the full report. After that, Shoot Check is part of Cue’s one-time purchase. If you already own Cue, it’s yours when it ships.
